Terms & Conditions

Términos y Condiciones

Condiciones Generales de Contratación (CGC) ampliadas para un sitio de venta en línea

Scope and Subject Matter of the Contract

These GTC govern the legal relations between the provider [Company Name], located at [Address], Switzerland, and the customers regarding the purchase and use of products and services via the website [Website Name]. The GTC form an integral part of any contract between the provider and the customers.

Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
The contractual partner is the provider [Company Name]. A contract is concluded when the customer places an order and the provider accepts it by sending a confirmation via email. The customer is bound to their order for a period of [number] days after placing the order.

Offer, Prices, and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer for sale. A binding purchase contract is only concluded when the customer places an order and it is accepted by the provider. All prices are stated in CHF, including VAT, and exclusive of shipping costs, which are listed separately.

Payment Terms and Reservation of Title
Payments are due without deductions and can be made using the offered payment methods. The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer within the agreed delivery time, which is specified on the product page. The provider is not liable for delays that are outside of its control.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within [withdrawal period] after receiving the goods. The goods must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.

Data Protection and Data Security
Personal data is processed in compliance with data protection laws. The provider takes appropriate measures to protect the data and will not pass it on to third parties without consent unless legally required to do so.

Final Provisions and Jurisdiction
For disputes arising from the contract, exclusively Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Jurisdiction is the seat of the provider.
